This role involves driving vehicle sales growth by engaging potential customers, conducting professional product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end retail process. The focus is on achieving monthly volume targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation within the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales leads through cold calling, walk-ins, and digital inquiries.
- Conduct professional product presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.
- Manage the complete sales documentation process, including booking, financing, and insurance coordination.
- Maintain and update customer interactions and lead status daily in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery to customers.
- Achieve monthly retail targets, accessory sales, and value-added service goals as defined by management.
- Participate in showroom activities, corporate displays, and outdoor marketing events to increase brand visibility.
- Ensure post-delivery follow-ups to build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid permanent four-wheeler driving license.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
- Fluency in the local regional language and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
Preferred
- Prior experience in an authorized automobile dealership (Car/Two-Wheeler).
- Familiarity with automotive finance processes and insurance documentation.
- Working knowledge of CRM software or OEM-specific dealer systems.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA) or Diploma in Engineering.

Certifications: OEM Sales Certification (preferred), IRDA Certification (advantageous)
Work Environment
On-site dealership role with standard showroom hours. Requires local travel for home visits and test drives. 6-day work week is standard.
