This role involves driving vehicle sales by identifying potential customers and providing exceptional service throughout the vehicle-buying journey. It focuses on achieving monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and effective product demonstrations within a competitive showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed product walkarounds and explain vehicle features, benefits, and technical specifications to walk-in customers.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and digital inquiries to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including test drives, price negotiations, and final documentation for vehicle booking.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to assist customers with loan processing and insurance options.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and conduct post-delivery follow-ups to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction history in the Dealership Management System (DMS).
- Participate in outdoor sales activities, corporate displays, and promotional events to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in the local language and English.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license for conducting customer test drives.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in any sales or customer-facing role.
- Willingness to perform field visits and outdoor promotional activities.
- Basic proficiency in using computer applications and mobile-based CRM tools.
Preferred
- Prior experience in the automotive industry or high-value retail sales.
- In-depth knowledge of local geography and regional customer demographics.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments during peak festive sales seasons.

Work Environment
Standard 6-day work week, typically 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, based on-site at an authorized dealership with frequent local travel for field visits and test drives.
