This role involves driving dealership growth by converting enquiries into sales and ensuring a premium buying experience for every customer. The focus is on proactive lead generation, detailed product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end vehicle delivery process within a target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and managing showroom walk-ins.
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) with accurate customer data and interaction history.
- Assist customers with financial documentation, insurance processing, and vehicle registration procedures.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with prospective buyers to achieve monthly sales and enquiry conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the workshop and PDI team to ensure vehicles are ready for scheduled deliveries.
- Cross-sell value-added services such as extended warranties, accessories, and annual maintenance contracts.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities and corporate sales camps to build a local pipeline.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and English.
- Valid permanent driving license for two-wheelers or four-wheelers.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work a standard 6-day retail work week including weekends.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital lead management tools.
Preferred
- Previous experience in automotive sales or high-value retail environments.
- Familiarity with automotive finance and insurance products.
- In-depth knowledge of the local geographical area for field sales.

Qualifications

Work Environment
On-site showroom environment with regular field visits for customer meetings and test drives. Standard operating hours are 10 AM - 7 PM, 6 days a week.
