This entry-level role focuses on driving vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers at the showroom and through field activities. The position involves guiding buyers through the entire purchasing journey, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and premium brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in inquiries and provide detailed product demonstrations highlighting key features and USPs.
- Conduct proactive lead generation through cold calling, field visits, and local marketing activities.
- Organize and execute test drives for prospective customers while adhering to safety protocols.
- Manage the end-to-end sales documentation process, including booking forms, finance applications, and insurance.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and provide regular daily sales reports.
- Follow up with potential leads consistently to improve the conversion ratio from inquiry to booking.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in the local language and basic English.
- Must possess a valid permanent two-wheeler driving license.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a high level of energy.
- Willingness to travel locally for field activities and home visits.
Preferred
- Basic knowledge of the automotive market and current trends in India.

Work Environment
Standard 6-day work week on-site at the authorized dealership showroom with frequent local travel for field visits and customer meetings.
