Job Description

This role focuses on driving vehicle sales through proactive lead generation and exceptional customer engagement within a high-performance showroom environment. Successful candidates will act as brand ambassadors, guiding prospective buyers through the entire purchase journey from initial inquiry to final delivery while ensuring a premium retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and organized test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.

  • Manage the complete sales funnel by converting walk-in inquiries and digital leads into confirmed bookings.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions and follow-ups within the Dealer Management System (DMS).

  • Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to provide customers with comprehensive purchase solutions.

  • Execute the vehicle delivery process, ensuring all documentation is complete and the customer is thoroughly briefed on vehicle operations.

  • Participate in outdoor promotional events, roadshows, and corporate displays to expand the local market presence.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and brand compliance.

  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless transition for the customer from sales to after-sales care.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sectors.

  • Valid four-wheeler driving license with a clean driving record for conducting test drives.

  • Fluency in the local language and proficient English communication skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer profiles.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred

  • Prior experience working with authorized OEM dealerships (Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, etc.).

  • In-depth knowledge of current automotive market trends and competitor products.

  • Certification in professional sales training or customer relationship management.

Certifications: Valid Indian 4-Wheeler Driving License, OEM Sales Certification (Optional/Preferred)
