Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits.
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, field activities, digital inquiries, and showroom walk-ins.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery and post-sales follow-up.
- Explain financing options, insurance products, and value-added accessories to maximize dealership revenue.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) daily with accurate prospect and booking data.
- Organize and execute test drives while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and licensing requirements.
- Achieve monthly retail targets and maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail environments.
- Valid permanent driving license for two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
- Fluency in the local regional language and functional proficiency in English.
- Ability to work a standard 6-day work week including weekends.
- Strong understanding of the local geography for field sales and home visits.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and smartphone-based CRM tools.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with a reputed Automobile OEM dealership.
- Basic knowledge of motor insurance and vehicle finance documentation.
- Existing network of local corporate clients or travel operators.
