This role involves driving vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and showcasing the unique features of our automotive lineup. It focuses on delivering a premium showroom experience while building a robust pipeline of prospects through proactive lead generation and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed product demonstrations and vehicle walkthroughs for walk-in customers.
- Generating new leads through cold calling, field visits, and local area marketing initiatives.
- Scheduling and facilitating test drives while ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Managing the complete sales documentation process from booking to final vehicle delivery.
- Collaborating with the Finance and Insurance department to provide customers with seamless loan and policy options.
- Updating the Dealer Management System (DMS) daily with accurate customer interaction logs and follow-up statuses.
- Achieving monthly sales volume and value-added services (VAS) targets as defined by the management.
- Participating in outdoor promotional events and corporate displays to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- High level of grooming and professional appearance appropriate for a retail environment.
Preferred
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with automotive trends and basic mechanical knowledge.
- Knowledge of local geography for effective field sales activities.
