Focuses on driving vehicle sales performance by managing the end-to-end customer journey from initial inquiry to final delivery. This role is pivotal in achieving dealership targets through proactive lead generation, professional product demonstrations, and meticulous follow-up management within the showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage walk-in customers, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable vehicle models and variants.
- Conduct professional test drives for prospective buyers, ensuring safety while highlighting key performance features and technology.
- Generate and track leads through cold calling, digital inquiries, and field marketing activities to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Manage the complete documentation process, including booking forms, insurance coordination, and RTO-related paperwork.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with potential customers via the Dealer Management System (DMS) to maximize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) team to ensure vehicles are ready for timely customer delivery.
- Cross-sell value-added services such as extended warranties, accessories, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
- Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles are maintained according to OEM brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA).
- Valid permanent two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle for local travel.
- Fluency in the local regional language and a functional command of English.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven retail environment with 6-day work weeks.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and lead management.
Preferred
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or direct sales (Freshers are welcome).
- Knowledge of local automotive market trends and competitor models.
