This role involves driving dealership revenue by engaging with prospective customers and facilitating the end-to-end vehicle buying journey. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting monthly sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer walk-ins and inquiries via digital leads to provide detailed product demonstrations and vehicle feature explanations.
- Conduct professional test drives while ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update customer interactions daily in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance team to offer value-added services and competitive loan processing.
- Follow up with prospective buyers to nurture relationships and ensure high conversion rates.
- Ensure the showroom display vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the latest promotional materials.
- Participate in off-site corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to expand the brand's market reach.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license.
- Ability to work in a 6-day work week environment including weekends.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile-based CRM applications.
- Willingness to travel locally for home visits or documentation purposes.
