Job Description – Distributor Sales Representative (DSR) Position: Distributor Sales Representative (DSR) Location: Pune, Maharashtra Department: Sales & Distribution Company: MKP Group Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented DSR (Distributor Sales Representative) to manage product sales, retailer visits, order booking, and market coverage. The ideal candidate should have good market knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities:  Visit retailers, garages, workshops, and distribution points daily to promote and sell products.  Generate new leads, increase sales volume, and expand market reach.  Take daily orders from retailers and ensure timely billing and delivery.  Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and stakeholders.  Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure proper market coverage.  Collect market feedback on pricing, competition, and product performance.  Ensure timely payment collection from retailers (if applicable).  Prepare and share daily sales reports with the sales manager.  Ensure product visibility and branding at retail outlets.  Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for product availability and invoicing.  Handle customer issues, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Skills & Requirements:  Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate.  Prior experience in automobile parts, or distribution sales preferred.  Strong communication and negotiation skills.  Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).  Good knowledge of local market routes and retailers.  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.  Target-oriented with strong sales ability.
