This role focuses on driving revenue growth by managing the end-to-end customer journey from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery. It involves proactive lead generation and delivering exceptional showroom experiences to meet established monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through field activities, cold calls, and digital lead follow-ups.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and facilitate test drives to highlight vehicle features, safety standards, and performance.
- Manage the complete sales documentation process including booking forms, invoicing, and coordination with the insurance department.
- Maintain a robust follow-up system with prospects using the Dealer Management System (DMS) to improve conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with the finance and exchange departments to provide a seamless one-stop solution for customer purchase requirements.
- Participate in local marketing events, roadshows, and corporate displays to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Ensure the showroom display vehicles and customer interaction areas are maintained according to OEM standards.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in the local language and functional English.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to perform field visits and attend outdoor marketing events.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.
- High standards of personal grooming and professional etiquette.
Preferred
- Basic understanding of automotive technology and current Indian market trends.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or direct sales roles.
- Knowledge of local geography and customer demographics in the assigned territory.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any stream or 12th Pass with exceptional communication skills

Work Environment
Professional on-site showroom environment with a 6-day working schedule. Includes local travel for home visits, test drives, and corporate events.
