Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry and lead generation to final vehicle delivery.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives to highlight key features and performance.
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) daily with accurate lead information and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to facilitate loan processing and insurance documentation for customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the Sales Manager to ensure branch profitability.
- Explain technical specifications, safety features, and value-added services to prospective buyers to aid their decision-making.
- Ensure a high-quality delivery experience by coordinating with the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and accessories teams.
- Participate in outdoor promotional activities, corporate displays, and local marketing events to generate new leads.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive retail or high-value consumer sales.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license with high proficiency in driving manual and automatic vehicles.
- Fluency in the local regional language and professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle diverse customer objections effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per standard automotive retail schedules.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
- In-depth knowledge of retail finance schemes and insurance products.
- Existing network within the local territory for lead generation.

Work Environment
Professional showroom setting with a standard 6-day work week. On-site presence is mandatory, with occasional travel for field visits and corporate displays.
