Drive revenue growth by engaging potential customers through personalized vehicle demonstrations and expert product knowledge. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional showroom experience while managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in inquiries and digital leads to convert potential prospects into customers through consistent follow-ups.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives while strictly adhering to safety and OEM protocols.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate lead data and interaction history.
- Assist customers with financial documentation, insurance options, and the vehicle registration process to ensure a seamless purchase.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicle units, genuine accessories, and value-added services.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery to the customer.
- Ensure high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores through proactive communication and post-delivery follow-up calls.
Requirements
- Any Graduate degree from a recognized Indian university.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive or premium retail sector.
- Fluency in the local regional language and functional proficiency in English.
- Ability to work a standard 6-day week including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership network.
- Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as Autoline, SAP, or MS Dynamics.
- Certification in professional sales or customer relationship management.
