This role involves engaging with prospective car buyers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process. It focuses on delivering an exceptional showroom experience while managing the end-to-end sales funnel from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds to explain features, USPs, and technical specifications to walk-in customers.
- Schedule and facilitate test drives while ensuring all safety protocols and licensing requirements are met.
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and participation in dealership marketing events.
- Manage the complete documentation process including booking forms, finance applications, and RTO coordination.
- Maintain daily updates of customer interactions and follow-up statuses in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and accessories team to ensure timely vehicle handover.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, insurance, and value-added services.
Requirements
- A valid permanent two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
- Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic proficiency in operating smartphone applications and computer systems.
- High level of integrity and professional grooming standards.
Preferred
- Basic understanding of automobile mechanics and features.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles.
- Resident of the local city or surrounding areas for ease of travel.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA) or 12th Pass with relevant retail experience.

Certifications: OEM Sales Certification (will be provided post-joining)
Work Environment
On-site at a high-energy automotive showroom; involves standing for long periods and local travel for customer meetings.
