Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling two-wheelers to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining product features, and guiding customers through the purchase process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models

• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and finance options

• Conduct test rides for customers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain follow-ups with leads and existing customers

• Ensure proper documentation and coordination for vehicle delivery

• Maintain showroom display and cleanliness standards

• Stay updated on new models, competitors, and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of two-wheelers

• Sales and negotiation skills

• Customer-focused approach

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in sales (Freshers can also apply)

• Experience in automobile sales is preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Valid Driving License (Two-Wheeler)

• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
