Job Description

Act as the primary point of contact for prospective car buyers, guiding them through the entire purchase journey from initial inquiry to final delivery. This role focuses on building lasting customer relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels while representing a market-leading automotive brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage walk-in inquiries and digital leads through the company's CRM system daily.
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and organized test drives for prospective clients.
  • Explain technical specifications, accessories, and value-added services including finance and insurance options.
  • Handle the end-to-end sales process including booking, documentation, and coordination for vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain post-sales relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business through consistent follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the stockyard and workshop teams to ensure vehicles are prepped for timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license (Mandatory).
  • 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail environments.
  • Proficiency in the local language and functional English communication.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian automotive market and competitor landscape.

Preferred

  • Previous experience working with a major OEM dealership network.
  • Hands-on experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
  • Certification in professional sales or customer relationship management.

Skills

Technical

DMS/CRM Navigation, Automotive Product Knowledge, Basic MS Office, Financial Calculation (EMI/Downpayment)

Soft Skills

Persuasive Communication, Active Listening, Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, Time Management

Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA) or Diploma in Automobile Engineering

Experience: 1 to 3 years in front-end sales

Certifications: Valid 4-Wheeler Driving License, OEM Sales Certification (preferred)
