This role involves managing the end-to-end customer journey from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery at our authorized dealership. You will act as a brand ambassador, providing expert product knowledge and ensuring a seamless buying experience for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers and digital leads to understand vehicle requirements and preferences.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drives while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain updated knowledge of vehicle features, variants, pricing, and ongoing OEM promotional offers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including documentation, loan processing, and coordination with the insurance team.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize lead conversion rates.
- Deliver vehicles to customers with a focus on high satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the company's Dealer Management System (DMS).
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream or final year student with strong communication skills.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Passionate about the automotive industry with a keen interest in vehicle technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a 6-day work week.
- Proficiency in local language and basic English.
- Basic computer literacy for DMS entry and reporting.
Preferred
- Previous internship or work experience in an automobile dealership.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong local network and understanding of the regional automotive market.
- Customer service experience in retail or hospitality sectors.

Work Environment
On-site at a modern, high-traffic dealership showroom with a collaborative team culture. Working hours typically follow 9 AM - 6 PM or 10 AM - 7 PM, including weekends.
