This role involves driving revenue through proactive vehicle sales and personalized customer engagement within a high-performance dealership environment. The focus is on managing the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation and vehicle demonstrations to final delivery and after-sales follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and digital lead management.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and organized test drives to highlight vehicle features and safety standards.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including price negotiations, financing options, and insurance documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) for lead tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Participate in outdoor promotional activities, corporate displays, and local marketing events to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Any Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in automotive sales or high-value retail.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license and proficiency in driving.
- Strong command over the local language and functional English.
- Working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or CRM software.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week and travel for field visits.
Preferred
- MBA in Marketing or Sales.
- Previous experience with an authorized OEM dealership.
- Certification in professional selling skills or customer relationship management.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive financing and IRDA insurance processes.
