This role involves driving revenue growth by managing the end-to-end customer journey for a market-leading automotive brand. The focus is on delivering a premium consultation experience, ensuring high conversion rates through expert product demonstrations and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and test drives to highlight safety and performance features.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline by following up on leads via the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Collaborate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to facilitate smooth loan processing for customers.
- Achieve monthly retail targets and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently.
- Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles meet the brand's premium presentation standards.
Requirements
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license with active driving experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-end retail.
- Fluency in English and the local regional language.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value sales deals.
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital lead management tools.
- Deep understanding of the local automotive market and competitor landscape.
- Previous certification from an automotive OEM.
