Job Description

Join our vibrant team to help customers find their dream vehicles while building lasting relationships within our community. You will guide families through the exciting journey of car ownership with expert advice and genuine care, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the entire buying process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet walk-in customers and handle digital inquiries to understand their specific automotive needs and lifestyle requirements.

  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives while highlighting key features, safety standards, and technology.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) for all leads, from initial contact to final vehicle delivery.

  • Coordinate closely with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to provide seamless loan processing and insurance solutions to customers.

  • Perform consistent follow-ups with prospective leads and existing customers to build a healthy sales pipeline and encourage referrals.

  • Participate in showroom events, outdoor promotional activities, and corporate displays to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

  • Oversee the final vehicle delivery ceremony, ensuring all documentation is complete and the customer has a memorable experience.

  • Stay updated on competitor products and market trends to effectively handle customer objections and provide comparative analysis.

Requirements

  • 0 to 15 years of proven experience in automotive retail sales or a high-end luxury retail environment.

  • A valid Indian four-wheeler driving license and a clean driving record are mandatory.

  • Excellent communication skills in the local language and English to interact with a diverse customer base.

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end car sales process, including documentation and RTO norms.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and mobile applications for lead management.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on monthly retail achievements.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, or equivalent)

Standard 6-day work week in a high-energy, on-site showroom environment.
