Responsible for managing the end-to-end vehicle purchase journey for prospective buyers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves proactive lead generation, detailed product demonstrations, and meticulous coordination with finance and insurance teams to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and digital leads to convert them into successful vehicle sales.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and organize test drives while adhering to safety and OEM protocols.
- Manage the complete documentation process including booking, financing, and insurance coordination.
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM with accurate customer data and follow-up status.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicles and value-added services like accessories and extended warranties.
- Coordinate with the workshop and stockyard team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
- Maintain post-delivery relationships to generate referrals and ensure high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized university
- Valid four-wheeler driving license and ability to conduct test drives
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive retail sales
- Proficiency in local language and English for effective customer interaction
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- In-depth understanding of automotive finance, insurance, and RTO processes
Preferred
- Experience working with premium or luxury automotive brands
- OEM-specific sales process certification
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media lead generation techniques
- Working knowledge of specialized Automotive DMS or SAP
