Job Description

This entry-level role focuses on driving vehicle sales through proactive customer engagement and showroom management. It involves guiding potential buyers through the entire purchasing journey, from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery, ensuring a premium brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage showroom walk-ins and handle inquiries regarding vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
  • Conduct professional test drives for prospective customers while adhering to safety protocols
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and local marketing activities
  • Maintain and update customer interactions accurately in the Dealer Management System (DMS) or CRM
  • Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams to provide comprehensive purchase solutions to customers
  • Oversee the vehicle delivery process, ensuring all documentation and accessories are in order
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction (CSI)

Requirements

  • Any Graduate degree from a recognized university
  • Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license
  • Fluency in the local language and functional English
  • Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Preferred

  • Prior internship or experience in retail or direct sales
  • Basic knowledge of automotive technical specifications
  • Familiarity with digital lead management tools

Skills

Technical

CRM/DMS Navigation, Microsoft Office Suite, Product Demonstration, Basic Financial Calculation

Soft Skills

Persuasive Communication, Active Listening, Time Management, Relationship Building

Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.A., BBA, B.Sc)

Experience: 0-1 years in Sales or Customer Service

Certifications: OEM Sales Certification (provided post-joining)

Work Environment

On-site showroom environment with standard 6-day work weeks, involving both indoor desk work and outdoor field activities.
