Job Description

This role is responsible for achieving monthly sales targets through proactive lead management and customer engagement. It involves providing detailed product information, conducting test drives, and ensuring a seamless vehicle delivery process in compliance with OEM standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and facilitate customer test drives.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through various channels to maximize conversion rates.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial quotations including insurance, accessories, and loan options.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Coordinate with the stockyard and registration departments to ensure timely delivery schedules.
  • Achieve high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores through exemplary service.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Valid four-wheeler driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive or high-value retail sales.
  • Fluency in English and the local regional language.
  • Strong understanding of automotive technical specifications and market trends.
  • Ability to work a standard 6-day week in a showroom environment.

Preferred

  • Prior experience working with a reputed Automotive OEM dealership.
  • Certification in professional sales or relationship management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software or SAP-based DMS.

Skills

Technical

Dealer Management System (DMS) proficiency, CRM Navigation, Microsoft Office Suite, Financial Calculation

Soft Skills

Negotiation, Persuasive Communication, Time Management, Customer Relationship Management

Qualifications

Education: Graduate (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., or BBA)

Experience: 2 to 5 years in Automotive Sales

Certifications: OEM Sales Certification (preferred), Valid Indian Driving License (Mandatory)

Work Environment

Professional on-site showroom environment; standard 6-day work week applies.
