This role is responsible for achieving monthly sales targets through proactive lead management and customer engagement. It involves providing detailed product information, conducting test drives, and ensuring a seamless vehicle delivery process in compliance with OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and facilitate customer test drives.
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels to maximize conversion rates.
- Prepare comprehensive financial quotations including insurance, accessories, and loan options.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the stockyard and registration departments to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Achieve high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores through exemplary service.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive or high-value retail sales.
- Fluency in English and the local regional language.
- Strong understanding of automotive technical specifications and market trends.
- Ability to work a standard 6-day week in a showroom environment.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with a reputed Automotive OEM dealership.
- Certification in professional sales or relationship management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software or SAP-based DMS.
