This role focuses on driving high-value vehicle sales by identifying customer needs and delivering exceptional showroom experiences in the Lucknow region. The professional will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation to final delivery and post-sales relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and digital leads to convert potential prospects into customers.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives while highlighting key features and USPs.
- Guide customers through the financing, insurance, and documentation process to ensure a seamless purchase experience.
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) or CRM with accurate lead and booking data.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and value-added services.
- Coordinate with the workshop and stockyard teams to ensure timely pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and vehicle handovers.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Participate in outdoor sales activities, corporate displays, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in any high-growth industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close high-value deals.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Must be an immediate joiner or have a short notice period.
Preferred
- Prior experience in the Automotive industry, specifically with premium or luxury brands.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle financing, RTO processes, and motor insurance.
- Local residency in Lucknow or familiarity with the Amausi catchment area.

Standard 6-day work week in a high-energy showroom environment at Amausi, Lucknow. Includes field visits for customer meetings and test drives.
