This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by identifying customer needs and providing exceptional service throughout the car-buying journey. It involves managing the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and digital leads to convert potential prospects into retail customers.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives to highlight key features and safety benefits.
- Maintain and update accurate customer data and follow-up schedules within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Explain finance, insurance, and accessory options to customers to provide a comprehensive purchase solution.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery for the customer.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for new vehicles, insurance renewals, and extended warranties.
- Collect and submit all necessary KYC documentation for RTO registration and bank loan processing.
- Participate in outdoor promotional activities, roadshows, and corporate displays to generate new leads.
Requirements
- Completed Graduation in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.)
- Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license is mandatory
- Fluency in the local regional language and functional English
- Willingness to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a showroom
Preferred
- Basic understanding of automotive technology and current Indian market trends
- Previous internship or part-time experience in retail, hospitality, or direct sales
- Familiarity with digital tools and social media for lead generation

Growth Opportunities
