This entry-level role focuses on facilitating the vehicle buying process for customers through expert product demonstrations and relationship management. It involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery within a dynamic showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and conduct professional product presentations to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
- Organize and accompany customers on test drives while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OEM standards.
- Manage the lead lifecycle by proactively following up with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Explain various finance, insurance, and accessory options to provide a comprehensive purchase solution.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery to customers.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, corporate displays, and mall activations to generate new leads.
- Achieve monthly retail targets and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Any Graduate degree (B.Com, BBA, B.A., B.Sc.) from a recognized university.
- Valid permanent driving license for four-wheelers (mandatory for test drives).
- Fluency in the local regional language and functional knowledge of English.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Willingness to work a standard 6-day week including weekends.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
Preferred
- Basic understanding of automotive mechanics and current market trends.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications like MS Excel and CRM software.
- Resident of the local city with good knowledge of the local geography.
