This role involves driving vehicle sales through proactive lead generation and exceptional customer relationship management. It requires guiding prospective buyers through the entire purchasing journey, from initial inquiry to final delivery, while ensuring a premium showroom experience and high brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting professional product demonstrations and organizing test drives for prospective customers to showcase vehicle features and performance.
- Managing the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, price negotiation, and coordinating documentation for vehicle booking.
- Maintaining and updating the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM with accurate customer interactions, follow-up schedules, and pipeline status.
- Collaborating with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to facilitate loan processing and insurance documentation for seamless vehicle delivery.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for new vehicles, genuine accessories, and extended warranties.
- Executing local marketing activities and field visits to generate new leads and expand the customer database.
- Ensuring post-delivery follow-ups to maintain high customer satisfaction scores and generate high-quality referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com, B.A., B.Sc, or B.E.).
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sectors.
- Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license and two-wheeler license.
- Fluency in the local regional language and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong understanding of the local automotive market, competitor models, and pricing trends.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week and travel locally for customer visits.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
- Certification in professional sales or customer relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of automotive financing and insurance products.
