Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and test drives while highlighting technical specifications and safety features.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to facilitate loan processing and insurance documentation for customers.
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) with accurate lead data and customer interaction history.
- Execute proactive follow-ups with prospective leads to improve conversion rates and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly retail targets while adhering to the brand's standard operating procedures.
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and high-quality referrals.
- Participate in outdoor promotional events and corporate displays to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or high-end retail sectors.
- Possession of a valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Fluency in English and the local regional language to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
- Strong understanding of the Indian automotive market and current consumer trends.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM/DMS software.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
- Knowledge of automotive financing and IRDA insurance regulations.
- Certifications in sales management or professional communication.
