Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through showroom walk-ins, digital leads, and community outreach efforts.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and test drives, specifically highlighting the unique benefits of Electric Vehicle (EV) technology and charging infrastructure.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial consultation and financial documentation to vehicle registration and final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance & Insurance team to provide tailored loan and insurance options to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) to track lead progress and customer interactions.
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and corporate displays to increase brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Deliver exceptional post-sales support to foster brand loyalty and encourage high-quality customer referrals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide feedback to the management team for strategy refinement.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive or premium consumer goods sector.
- Valid Indian four-wheeler driving license and a high level of comfort in driving various car models for test drives.
- Strong command of the local language and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or Dealer Management Systems (DMS) for lead tracking and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Preferred
- Prior experience or a deep personal interest in Electric Vehicles (EVs) and sustainable technology.
- Background in selling high-value assets or luxury products in the Indian market.
- Familiarity with RTO processes and automotive financing documentation.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales from a recognized institution.

Qualifications

Certifications: OEM Sales Certification, EV Product Knowledge Certification (Preferred)
