Job Description

This role involves driving retail growth by managing the end-to-end customer journey within a high-energy dealership environment. The focus is on building lasting relationships through expert product consultation and ensuring a seamless vehicle delivery experience for every walk-in customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to walk-in customers, providing detailed explanations of car features, technical specifications, and pricing structures.

  • Conduct comprehensive needs-analysis to recommend suitable vehicle models that align with customer lifestyle and budget requirements.

  • Organize and execute vehicle test drives while ensuring all safety protocols and dealership guidelines are followed.

  • Proactively follow up with potential leads via phone and email to move them through the sales funnel.

  • Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and accessories departments to provide a holistic purchase solution to the customer.

  • Manage the vehicle delivery process, ensuring all documentation is complete and the customer receives a premium handover experience.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the dealership Management System (DMS).

  • Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and periodic OEM training modules.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12th pass; however, a Graduate degree in any stream is highly preferred.

  • Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for local commuting.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and functional English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a presentable personality and professional grooming standards.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a customer-first mindset.

  • Flexibility to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in automobile sales or high-value retail sectors.

  • Knowledge of local geography in Makarba and Prahladnagar areas.

  • Basic understanding of car finance and insurance processes.

Qualifications

Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA)

Experience: 0-3 years in Sales or Customer Service

Certifications: Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License (Mandatory),

Work Environment

On-site showroom operations in Makarba/Prahladnagar. Standard 6-day work week with rotational offs. Requires high energy and significant time spent on the showroom floor and conducting test drives.
