This role involves driving retail growth by managing the end-to-end customer journey within a high-energy dealership environment. The focus is on building lasting relationships through expert product consultation and ensuring a seamless vehicle delivery experience for every walk-in customer.
Greet and attend to walk-in customers, providing detailed explanations of car features, technical specifications, and pricing structures.
Conduct comprehensive needs-analysis to recommend suitable vehicle models that align with customer lifestyle and budget requirements.
Organize and execute vehicle test drives while ensuring all safety protocols and dealership guidelines are followed.
Proactively follow up with potential leads via phone and email to move them through the sales funnel.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and accessories departments to provide a holistic purchase solution to the customer.
Manage the vehicle delivery process, ensuring all documentation is complete and the customer receives a premium handover experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the dealership Management System (DMS).
Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and periodic OEM training modules.
Minimum 12th pass; however, a Graduate degree in any stream is highly preferred.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for local commuting.
Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and functional English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a presentable personality and professional grooming standards.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a customer-first mindset.
Flexibility to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Prior experience in automobile sales or high-value retail sectors.
Knowledge of local geography in Makarba and Prahladnagar areas.
Basic understanding of car finance and insurance processes.
