This role focuses on driving high-quality customer interactions and maintaining long-term engagement to achieve dealership sales targets. It serves as the primary bridge between potential buyers and the brand's automotive offerings, ensuring a premium purchase experience from lead to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for prospective customers, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and organized test drives to highlight vehicle features and performance.
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) daily with accurate lead status and customer interaction data.
- Coordinate closely with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to provide customized loan and insurance packages.
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets and contribute to the overall dealership revenue goals.
- Execute follow-up calls and post-delivery check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referral leads.
- Participate in showroom events, outdoor displays, and corporate sales activities to expand the customer base.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail environments.
- Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license and comfort with conducting test drives.
- Fluency in the local regional language and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Willingness to work in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment with a standard 6-day work week.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs in previous roles.
Preferred
- Experience working with authorized OEM dealerships or premium automotive brands.
- Basic understanding of RTO documentation, vehicle registration, and motor insurance processes.
- Existing network within local corporate or residential sectors for lead generation.

Qualifications

Work Environment
Standard on-site showroom environment involving field visits for test drives and client meetings. Standard working hours are 6 days a week, typically 10 AM to 7 PM.
Growth Opportunities
Successful candidates can progress to Senior Relationship Manager or Team Leader roles within 18-24 months, with further opportunities to transition into Sales Management or Corporate Sales based on performance.
