This role involves managing the end-to-end customer journey from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, ensuring a premium buying experience. The focus is on building long-term associations with clients while driving sales volume through personalized consultation and proactive follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage walk-in inquiries and digital leads by providing detailed product demonstrations and technical specifications.
- Conduct professional test drives for prospective customers while adhering to safety protocols and highlighting vehicle USPs.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance departments to facilitate loan processing and policy issuance for customers.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM to track lead conversion stages.
- Oversee the vehicle delivery process, ensuring all documentation is complete and the customer experience is celebratory.
- Execute post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals for future business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the dealership management and OEM standards.
- Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends to effectively handle customer objections.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer relationship management.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license and proficiency in driving manual/automatic vehicles.
- Fluency in the local regional language and functional proficiency in English.
- Professional grooming and a customer-centric mindset suitable for a showroom environment.
- Proven ability to handle sales pressure and meet monthly retail targets.
- Availability to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred
- Prior experience in an authorized automotive dealership (4-wheeler).
- Basic understanding of automotive insurance and vehicle financing options.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or OEM-specific DMS.

Work Environment
Standard automotive showroom environment with frequent local travel for test drives and home visits. Requires a 6-day work week with rotational shifts as per dealership timings (typically 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM).
