This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by building strong rapport with prospective buyers and guiding them through the entire purchase journey. It serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless transition from initial inquiry to final delivery while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and digital leads to convert prospects into customers through effective communication.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and organize test drives to showcase product features and performance.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-ups within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Explain various finance, insurance, and exchange options to facilitate a smooth buying process for the customer.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) teams to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, genuine accessories, and value-added services.
- Perform post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities and corporate displays to generate new leads.
Requirements
- Valid four-wheeler driving license (Mandatory for conducting test drives)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local regional language
- Graduate degree in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.)
- High energy levels with a strong orientation towards sales and targets
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and smartphone applications
Preferred
- Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service roles
- General awareness of the local automotive market and competitor brands
- Familiarity with CRM software or automotive DMS platforms

Education: Any Graduate degree from a recognized university

Work Environment
On-site at an authorized dealership showroom with regular field visits for home test drives and corporate events. Standard 6-day work week (9 AM - 6 PM or 10 AM - 7 PM).
Growth Opportunities
Candidates can progress to Senior Relationship Manager roles within 2 years, with further advancement opportunities to Team Leader or Assistant Sales Manager positions based on consistent target achievement.
