RECRUITER

This role involves driving talent acquisition strategies to support the rapid scaling of our dealership operations. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top-tier professionals across sales, service, and technical departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements for sales and service teams.
• Source high-quality candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and local networking channels.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for all candidates.
• Maintain an updated database of active talent pipelines and historical applicant data.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company hiring policies and documentation standards.
• Conduct background verification processes for new joiners as per organizational protocols.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume hiring requirements.
• Proficiency in utilizing major Indian job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong understanding of labor laws and local employment regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and urgent hiring mandates simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.

Preferred

• Prior experience working with an automotive dealership or OEM network.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting.
• Exposure to payroll processing or generalist HR functions.

Qualifications

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our corporate/regional office, requiring 6 days of work per week. The environment is fast-paced and requires regular interaction with department managers.
