Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and prospective customers at our dealership, ensuring a welcoming environment. You will play a crucial role in managing initial inquiries, directing traffic, and maintaining administrative order to support the sales team's operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors, customers, and vendors professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of the dealership.
- Manage the front desk area, including handling incoming calls, inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain the visitor logbook and track showroom walk-ins for daily reporting.
- Support the sales team by coordinating showroom display schedules and ensuring brochures and marketing collateral are replenished.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, document scanning, and managing courier correspondence.
- Ensure the reception and customer lounge areas are clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Provide basic information to customers regarding test drive availability and current promotional offers.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, including MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with patience and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Must be presentable and maintain a professional dress code as per dealership standards.
Preferred
- Prior experience in front-office management or customer service roles.
- Knowledge of basic CRM software used in automotive dealerships.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.

Qualifications

On-site at a fast-paced automotive dealership showroom. Working hours typically follow 6 days a week schedule with rotational week-offs.
