Drive brand awareness and customer engagement across digital and offline channels to support sales targets within the local market. This role focuses on executing localized marketing campaigns, managing showroom visibility, and coordinating community-based events to consistently increase dealership footfall and lead generation.
Execute Below-the-Line (BTL) activities including roadshows, mall displays, and corporate tie-ups to generate high-quality leads.
Manage the dealership's social media presence and Google My Business profile to enhance local search visibility and customer reviews.
Coordinate with external vendors for showroom branding, seasonal decor, and promotional materials in strict compliance with OEM guidelines.
Analyze competitor marketing activities and local market trends to suggest innovative localized promotion strategies.
Organize and manage customer engagement events such as new vehicle launches, service camps, and mileage rallies.
Track and report on the ROI of various marketing campaigns, maintaining a detailed database of lead sources.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop tactical offers and communication strategies for month-end targets.
Ensure all marketing collaterals, including brochures and test-drive vehicle stickers, are up-to-date and professionally maintained.
1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the Indian automotive or retail sector.
Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, or B.A.) with a focus on Marketing or Communications.
Proficiency in the local regional language and English for effective communication and copywriting.
Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel locally for field marketing activities.
Hands-on experience with social media management and basic content creation tools.
Strong understanding of the local geography and consumer demographics.
Previous experience working with an authorized automobile dealership (2W/4W).
Certification in Digital Marketing or SEO/SEM.
Experience with CRM software and lead management systems.

Potential to transition into a Senior Marketing Executive or Assistant Marketing Manager role within the dealer group, or move into regional marketing roles with the OEM.
