Job Description

This role involves overseeing the complete employee lifecycle to foster a high-performance culture within our automotive dealership network. You will be instrumental in aligning human capital strategies with business objectives to ensure operational excellence and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for sales, service, and technical departments.
  • Implement and drive performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals and departmental KPIs.
  • Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity), and maintenance of personnel records in accordance with Indian labor laws.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to maintain high morale and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to bridge skill gaps and support the career advancement of front-line staff.
  • Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policy.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership to improve retention and productivity.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing the full employee lifecycle in a multi-location setup.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in an automotive dealership or OEM-affiliated dealership.
  • Experience with change management or organizational development initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of incentive structures and sales force compensation models.

Qualifications

Education: MBA in Human Resources or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM).

Experience: 5-8 years of progressive experience in HR generalist roles.

Certifications: Certification in HR Analytics (Preferred), Six Sigma Green Belt (Optional)
