HR Head (Sales Showroom)

This leadership role involves overseeing the entire human capital strategy for a high-volume automotive retail network. You will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture, streamlining talent acquisition, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple sales touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to support aggressive showroom sales growth.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to maintain a positive work culture across all dealership units.
• Oversee payroll, statutory compliance, and labor law regulations specific to retail automotive operations.
• Develop and execute learning and development programs to enhance the soft skills and sales proficiency of showroom staff.
• Manage performance management systems, including KPI tracking and incentive structure design.
• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing HR insights that directly impact dealership P&L.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences to maintain high employer branding standards.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the retail, automotive, or service industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, PF, ESI, and Gratuity regulations.
• Proven experience in managing large, dispersed teams across multiple showroom locations.
• Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language to effectively engage with diverse workforce tiers.

Preferred

• Prior experience in an authorized automotive dealership HR role.
• Experience in setting up HR processes for new showroom launches.
• Strong network within the Indian automotive talent market.

Qualifications
