HR Consultant

REQIRE is a recruitment consultancy specializing in the automobile industry, partnering with leading brands such as Mercedes, Toyota, Kia, and Honda.

We are looking for an HR Consultant with hands-on recruitment experience to manage the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, and other job portals.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with clients.
• Post job advertisements and prepare job descriptions.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports in Excel.

Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Good sourcing knowledge across multiple job platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work independently.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
