This role involves managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and office administration within a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. The position ensures seamless execution of payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and recruitment coordination to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily attendance records and leave management systems for sales and service staff to ensure timely payroll processing.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews for technical and sales roles, and conducting initial screenings.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new joins, including documentation, orientation, and workstation setup.
- Maintain and update physical and digital employee records, ensuring 100% accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in statutory compliance tasks including PF, ESI, and Professional Tax documentation as per Indian labor laws.
- Execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events to maintain high morale across the workshop and showroom teams.
- Handle office administration tasks such as vendor management, stationery procurement, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and provide timely resolutions in alignment with company policy.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR administration or a generalist role.
- Proven experience in managing payroll inputs and attendance tracking.
- Strong understanding of Indian Labor Laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI).
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
Preferred
- Previous experience working in an authorized automobile dealership or manufacturing setup.
- Familiarity with HRMS software and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Experience in handling blue-collar and white-collar recruitment simultaneously.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, or B.A.); MBA in HR is highly preferred.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin functions.
Certifications: Certification in HR Management or Labour Laws is an advantage.
Work Environment
Standard 6-day work week in an on-site office setting within the dealership premises. Typical hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
