This leadership position oversees the entire sales ecosystem, driving revenue growth and operational excellence across the dealership network. You will be responsible for strategic planning, team mentorship, and ensuring strict adherence to OEM guidelines while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual volume targets for vehicle sales.
- Manage the full P&L of the sales department, ensuring cost control and optimal resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Consultants to drive productivity.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEM representatives to ensure alignment with brand standards and incentive programs.
- Monitor dealership operations including inventory management, showroom display standards, and vehicle delivery processes.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate business risks.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal processes, CRM usage, and statutory documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing large-scale automotive sales operations.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM tools and dealership management systems (DMS).
- Strong understanding of automotive financing, insurance products, and RTO regulations.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet stringent OEM targets.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with a premium or luxury automotive brand.
- Experience in managing multiple dealership outlets simultaneously.
- Strong network of local industry contacts and potential corporate/fleet clients.

Qualifications

Work Environment
On-site at the dealership head office; requires 6 days of work per week with standard business hours.
