Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual volume targets.
- Manage the overall P&L for the dealership, ensuring operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Oversee the performance of the sales team, providing mentorship to drive productivity and customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with OEM stakeholders to ensure alignment on brand standards and incentive programs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust pricing and marketing strategies proactively.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, inventory management protocols, and regional regulatory compliance.
- Analyze sales data and MIS reports to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in automotive retail management or dealership operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive automotive environment.
- Deep understanding of the Indian automotive market, financing schemes, and insurance products.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and the local regional language.
- Ability to travel as required for regional meetings and market visits.

Work Environment
