Job Description

This role focuses on driving revenue growth through proactive market engagement and strategic lead conversion within the assigned territory. It involves building long-term relationships with prospective buyers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through consistent field visits and local market prospecting.
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and facilitate customer test drives to ensure product satisfaction.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry through to final vehicle delivery and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicle units, insurance, and value-added accessories.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to assist customers with loan documentation and processing.
  • Perform regular follow-ups with potential leads to ensure high conversion rates and customer retention.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in field sales within the Indian automotive industry.
  • Possession of a valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
  • Professional fluency in the local language and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and competitor product offerings.

Preferred

  • Prior experience working with a reputed OEM dealership.
  • Familiarity with digital lead management and CRM software tools.
  • Existing network within local corporate or transport sectors.

Skills

Technical

CRM/DMS Operations, Market Intelligence, Microsoft Office Suite, Vehicle Specification Analysis

Persuasive Communication, Negotiation, Time Management, Customer Relationship Management

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, or B.Sc) from a recognized university.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in automotive retail or field sales.

Certifications: Valid Four-Wheeler License, OEM Sales Certification (preferred)
