Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through consistent field visits and local market prospecting.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and facilitate customer test drives to ensure product satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry through to final vehicle delivery and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicle units, insurance, and value-added accessories.
- Coordinate with the finance department to assist customers with loan documentation and processing.
- Perform regular follow-ups with potential leads to ensure high conversion rates and customer retention.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in field sales within the Indian automotive industry.
- Possession of a valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Professional fluency in the local language and English.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets under pressure.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and competitor product offerings.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with a reputed OEM dealership.
- Familiarity with digital lead management and CRM software tools.
- Existing network within local corporate or transport sectors.
