This role focuses on driving retail growth by managing the end-to-end customer journey from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. It involves building lasting relationships with prospective buyers while upholding the prestige of a market-leading automotive brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting high-impact product demonstrations and showroom/home test drives for prospective customers.
- Managing lead generation through cold calling, field activities, and digital inquiries within the assigned territory.
- Maintaining and updating customer interactions accurately in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM.
- Facilitating the vehicle booking process, including documentation, finance coordination, and insurance cross-selling.
- Ensuring a premium delivery experience and adhering to OEM standards for customer satisfaction.
- Achieving monthly retail targets and key performance indicators as set by the Sales Manager.
- Participating in outdoor sales promotional activities and corporate displays to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive sales or a high-ticket retail environment.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for field visits and test drives.
- Proficiency in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the local automotive market and competitor landscape.
- Ability to work 6 days a week in a retail-aligned shift schedule.
Preferred
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like Autoline, SAP, or MS Navision.
- Previous experience with a major OEM dealership network.
- Basic knowledge of motor insurance and retail finance processes.
