Sales Consultants

This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by providing exceptional product demonstrations and guiding customers through the end-to-end purchasing journey. It involves managing showroom walk-ins, conducting test drives, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to build long-term brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via walk-ins, telephonic leads, and digital platforms to convert them into showroom visits.

• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives while explaining technical specifications and USPs.

• Manage the entire sales documentation process including booking forms, KYC collection, and invoicing.

• Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to facilitate easy loan approvals and insurance policies for customers.

• Maintain daily updates in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM to track lead movement through the sales funnel.

• Ensure timely vehicle delivery ceremonies and post-delivery follow-ups to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.

• Participate in outdoor promotional activities, corporate displays, and local marketing events to generate new leads.

• Achieve monthly retail targets for vehicle sales, accessories, and value-added services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any stream (B.Com, BBA, B.A., B.Sc).

• 1-3 years of proven experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sales.

• Valid permanent Four-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.

• Proficiency in the local regional language and functional English.

• Strong understanding of the local automotive market and competitor offerings.
