Sales Consultant

This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the vehicle selection process to ensure a premium buying experience. The focus is on driving revenue through effective lead management, professional product demonstrations, and seamless delivery coordination within a high-performance showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.

 Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable two-wheeler models.

 Conduct product presentations, test rides, and explain features, specifications, and pricing.

 Maintain and update customer records and leads in the CRM/database system.

 Follow up with prospective and existing customers through calls, messages, and emails.

 Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.

 Coordinate with the finance and insurance team to assist customers with loan and insurance

processes.

 Ensure the timely delivery of vehicles and support the customer throughout the post-sale

process.

 Collect customer feedback post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

 Stay informed on the latest models, features, promotions, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive, insurance, or telecom sectors.

• Excellent communication skills in the local regional language and English.

• Must possess a valid permanent four-wheeler driving license.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.

• Professional grooming and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any discipline (B. Com, B. Tech, B.E., B. Sc or equivalent)

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Certifications: Valid Four-Wheeler Driving License

Work Environment

On-site showroom role with a standard 6-day work week. Requires flexibility to attend outdoor events and conduct home test drives.

Growth Opportunities

Successful candidates can progress to Senior Sales Consultant or Team Leader roles.
