This role involves driving vehicle sales by identifying potential customers, conducting professional product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and digital inquiries to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and test drives for prospective customers, highlighting key features and USPs.
- Guide customers through financing and insurance options, coordinating with the F&I team for smooth loan processing.
- Manage the complete documentation process for vehicle booking, invoicing, and registration as per dealership protocols.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle delivery timelines and post-sales service schedules.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer data entry in the Dealer Management System (DMS) on a daily basis.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, genuine accessories, and value-added services.
- Participate in showroom activities, outdoor displays, and corporate sales events to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or high-value retail sector.
- Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license (mandatory for conducting test drives).
- Proficiency in the local language and functional English communication.
- Willingness to perform field visits and attend off-site promotional marketing events.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
Preferred
- Prior experience working in an authorized OEM dealership environment.
- Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like Autoline, SAP, or similar platforms.
