This role involves driving vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers and guiding them through the entire purchase journey. It focuses on achieving monthly retail targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation within the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and convert inquiries into confirmed vehicle bookings.
- Conduct professional test drives while explaining technical specifications and safety features to customers.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads by following up on digital inquiries and cold calls.
- Handle the end-to-end documentation process, including booking forms, RTO paperwork, and delivery checklists.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to facilitate loan approvals and insurance policies for customers.
- Ensure all customer interactions and lead statuses are accurately updated in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, corporate displays, and local events to generate new leads.
- Achieve monthly targets for vehicle sales, accessories, and extended warranties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or a 12th-grade pass with high-performing sales experience.
- Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail environments.
- Proficiency in the local regional language and basic functional English.
- Flexibility to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Preferred
- Previous experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
- Basic understanding of automotive finance, insurance, and RTO processes.
- Familiarity with CRM software or automotive DMS platforms.

Work Environment
On-site showroom role with occasional travel for home test drives and corporate events; standard 6-day work week.
