Responsible for orchestrating multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and high-quality lead generation for the dealership network. This role focuses on executing integrated marketing strategies that align with OEM standards while tailoring promotions to local market dynamics to maximize showroom footfall.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing calendars including ATL, BTL, and digital initiatives to drive retail sales.
- Manage end-to-end lead generation activities through digital platforms (Google, Meta) and offline events to ensure a steady pipeline for the sales team.
- Oversee the planning and execution of new vehicle launches, roadshows, and corporate display events within the assigned territory.
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across all promotional spends and vendor payments.
- Maintain the brand's digital presence across social media channels and manage online reputation (ORM) via Google My Business and social platforms.
- Coordinate with external agencies for creative development, media buying, and event management to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and localized pricing strategies to the senior management team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Indian automotive or high-value retail sector.
- Hands-on experience in managing local BTL activations, roadshows, and dealership-level events.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and SEO fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and lead management systems used in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI on campaigns.
Preferred
- Experience working with premium or luxury automotive OEM brands.
- Prior experience in managing a team of marketing executives or coordinators.
- Strong network of local vendors for print, outdoor media, and event fabrication.
