Sales Consultant

This role involves driving revenue growth by managing the end-to-end customer journey for a market-leading automotive brand. The focus is on delivering a premium consultation experience, ensuring high conversion rates through expert product demonstrations and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and test drives to highlight safety and performance features.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline by following up on leads via the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Collaborate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to facilitate smooth loan processing for customers.
• Achieve monthly retail targets and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently.
• Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles meet the brand's premium presentation standards.

Requirements

• Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Valid four-wheeler driving license with active driving experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-end retail.
• Fluency in English and the local regional language.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value sales deals.

Preferred

• Familiarity with CRM software and digital lead management tools.
• Deep understanding of the local automotive market and competitor landscape.
• Previous certification from an automotive OEM.
